About Us
Quality and experience, at a fair price
Wildwood Audio Visual is a veteran-owned AV company based in Wildwood. We supply and operate the equipment that helps people see and hear an event clearly, and we're close enough to most of Central Florida that you don't need to book an AV company from Orlando.
More than 20 years of production experience
Our owner has spent more than two decades running sound and video for corporate, municipal and high-end venue events. That experience goes into how every system is chosen, placed and tested.
Professional equipment we own and maintain
Professional speakers, digital mixers, wireless microphones, laser projectors and 4K cameras. No consumer gear, and nothing sent out untested.
Set up and tested before anyone arrives
Every microphone is checked where the speaker will stand, and every screen is focused and tested with your slides before the doors open.

Based in Wildwood, where I-75 meets the Florida Turnpike. Package prices are published, and every quote is itemized before you book.

Serving Central Florida
Based in Wildwood, we serve Sumter, Lake, Marion and Orange counties and the surrounding region. Delivery is priced by zone.
Zone surcharges are added to the delivery, setup and removal rate. If your town isn't listed, call and ask.

Can I pick up the equipment myself?
No. We deliver, set up and remove all of our equipment so it's connected and tested properly at your venue. Rentals aren't available for customer pickup.
Do you work with towns, cities and government agencies?
Yes. We provide sound, microphones, screens and live streaming for town events, ceremonies, public meetings and press conferences, and we can provide a W-9 and complete vendor registration. See Towns, Cities and Counties.
Do I need a technician?
Most sound and projector packages can be run by your own staff or volunteers, and we show you the controls before we leave. If you'd rather not, add an AV technician at $65 per hour (4-hour minimum). The Live Band package requires our audio engineer.
What will my total cost be?
Your package price, plus delivery, setup and removal for your zone, plus any technician time you choose. We send an itemized written quote before you book. See all prices and rates.
Is sales tax included in your prices?
No. Prices shown don't include sales tax. Where it applies, it's listed on your written quote.
